Delicious food, very helpful and sweet wait staff. Coffee also very easy to drink. The food is creative and well prepared.
When you go, bring patience. The place is often packed, but it's worth the wait.
Very nice place. Michael took really good care of us. We had omelettes for dinner, very generous portions. My friend got the 'day old' rye bread. Outdoor seating area was nice and quiet.
This place is simply fantastic. The food is beyond excellent. I stumbled upon this restaurant a few years ago because it was behind a hotel I stayed in, and I wanted a nearby place to have dinner. I've thought about it often since then. A place of this caliber is rare, and practically unheard of in towns the size of Temple.
Dined here for breakfast and the food was phenomenal. We have frequented Megg's on several occasions and it is a crowd favorite. You get a lot for your buck at Megg's and will leave full and satisfied
We were in Megg's Cafe on a Sunday and they were extremely busy. And this was not a problem, wait staff did an excellent job in getting us on the list for a table. Wait was for about ten minutes, and then we were seated. Service was really good, the waitress took good care of us. We were eating breakfast and got are food in a timely manner. My only complaint is the food just seemed to be thrown together in a hurry. But when I say they were busy I mean packed. But I understand when you are busy like this you're trying to get the the orders out as soon as you can. That being said we will definitely eat here again. I believe Megg's is worth your time. Like I said staff did an excellent job!
