I would just like to commend ALL the staff who had to handle a completely unreasonable person (he wasn't even an account holder) today at this branch. The level of professionalism the exhibited to handle this compete jerk was amazing! KUDOS!!!!
Have 5 digit bank account figure for last 2 years cant get a credit card so guess what addios.
They wouldn't cash my us treasury check. Ask for my military ID. And more information and still didn't cash it.
This is a great bank and the staff is very friendly, the only draw back that stops me from giving them a 5 star rating is that they don't answer their phone. I have called numerous times and spent 30 minutes waiting about 2 minutes between each call and never get through I have to go into the branch. Other than that this a good bank!
