The manager was so rude to me when I went to enquire about getting my hair fixed. (I had attempted to dye my hair blonde.. it didn't work out..) Anyway, she was being so rude and judgmental. Definitely wouldn't recommend this place to anyone! Regis in the mall is way better and cheaper!!
All I needed was a small portion of the nape shaved and Kristin shaved into my long hair. She shaved so fast I was worried about what it felt like so I ran my hand up my head and my long hair started coming out. Kristin had the nerve to deny it and say I was shedding! Handfuls of hair!? Save yourself (and your hair) the trouble and go somewhere else.
Sabrina is an excellent stylist. From cuts to color, she is the top of the line. You won't go wrong with her taking care of your hair. Want the beautiful new vivid colors, ask for her. She is truly a master at her profession. I won't let anyone else touch my hair.
