The staff is always friendly and helpful. The materials are broad in scope, affordable in price, and supporting of a walk with Christ in any denomination. I literally go in and lose track of time for hours! I wish the entire world could have easy access to a Lifeway.

Revision: Either individually or as a family, we have experienced a lack of warmth or customer service on several occasions; however, this could have been due to multiple factors. Ultimately, the head leads and shows the way, sets the standard. With this said, the store manager took the time to reach out, communicated with us, and offered encouragement. His willingness to spread the light of Christ in such a positive manner has motivated our family to visit once again. We stand in expectation of having a pleasant shopping experience the next time and are indeed looking forward to it, as their selection is impressive!
