In very poor condition, clips for mats are missing in the car wash area, trash cans are always full, the change machine didn't work, after trying to get change from the broken change machine, I was asked to move my vehicle from the car washing bay for being on the phone while there were 2 bays open, then went to get in the truck and look for a different car wash, he came to my vehicle and continued to ask me to leave and threaten to call cops, which I said he should. I said I wasn't leaving till I found another car wash so I can drive straight there. Used this car wash several times with there broke equipment. Just another nail in the coffin. Terrible business.
Because the service is good. And the location is easily accessable.
Plenty of car washs in Temple that actually have working equipment and owners that are avaliable either by phone or text at least to reimburse the funds that you waste going from vacuum to vacuum trying to find one that works. Poor poor experience!
Equipment worked well and everything was well maintained and clean. Couldn't really ask for more out of a car wash.
The vacuums are falling apart, three seperate machines took our money and top it off the owner was not "avaliable" but not even five minutes earlier he sure was avaliable to tell us to move a extra car at a pump that we were not using the vacumm at. Hmmmm????
Only thing they need to do is get more lights working and change machine
