First time ever going to a Ross. I got 2 items. Farely large in size. I also have 2 toddlers who's dad is currently deployed and we just moved here. When being told No you can not take the cart out of the store...it really is troublesome when having parked as close as I could which was the back of the lot on this day. I requested to go and bring back the cart and still was told No. My son as I'm speaking 22months old...is refusing to walk cause he has other plans of exploring, And my 3.5 yr old was in the tula on my back. It would have been nice to take the CART OUT TO THE CAR and bring it back. Such a huge inconvenience.
It's Ross, if you like hunting for deals on name brand clothes, this is the place for you. If you don't like to look through packed racks in narrow aisles go somewhere else.
Friendly and helpful staff. Stock was a bit sparse, but I might have come right before a stocking day.
tbe cashier was very nice and polite. most important, greeted me with a smile.
they are rude... if you buy something and try to return with 7 days because you wear it they will not refund you your money if you wash your new clothes you bought before wearing and something is wrong they will not refund you your money because you altered it... Don't even want to leave a 1 star will not shop there anymore and i do a lot of shopping
