Not a Shell anymore. Can't us your Shell card here. No more rewards discount. Have to "buy" a cefco pre-pay card to get the discount. I will not get gas here anymore. Too bad.
Coffee and snacks are good. Got some not so friendly new staff. Restroom is in serious need of a good deep clean.
No longer Shell gas station
Car was beoke during the soap cycle. No manager on site and employee did not know how to give me a code to use the other wash bay. Spent an hour trying to get someone.I Finally get a manager on the phone and she is rude towards me. She rudely aske why I was calling her and she could'nt do any thing for me. I hung up on her and her attitude. Between me and the employee we were able to figure out how to use the machine and print out a code.
