Think twice about this store before using it.
What a wonderful place, very helpful employees. For someone like me who is a first time home buyer I was very impressed with the amount of attention I received. I would like to give a special thanks to an employee by the name of Lorena who made me feel welcomed and pointed me in the right direction no matter what I was looking for. You guys stop by & receive 5 STAR treatment....
Just stood on line..register8...and the fat ass supposed to be working the register wants to continue to carry on a conversation about her ex husband. ....how he worked with the other person she was talking to.....etc.....3 minutes of being ignored by that fat lazy beast!!!!! Every damn time I go here.....its like this....illigitamate employees ....SO SHE WATCHED ME OUT MY MERCHANDISE DOWN ON THE FLOOR AND WALK OUT OF THR STORE....FAT ASS DIDNT SAY ANYTHING !!!!! HOME DEPOT CUSTOMER SERVICE.......GOING TO LOWES!!!! AS USUAL!!!
Horrible customer service. Staff members are rude. While waiting for 20min, I asked two team members for assistance at the Doors and Windows Dept. and no one came. They just said, I’ll call someone and walked away. Finally Asa came by claiming to the the store manager. A couple were also waiting for assistance and they left very disappointed like I did.
Quite possibly the worst Home Depot I have ever been to in my life. Would you like to know why? Staff at this store are rude: Ask questions to a staff member in plumbing his phone rings and he takes the call and walks away. Ask second employee about RV items and she let us know with her body language and words that it was a pain to talk to us. Tried to talk with 3 person about where an item might be in the store and he said it wasn't his job to know where things where in the store. He picked up his phone and made a call and walked away. Time to check out computer goes down. Two works yell at each other in Spanish, open a new line with the last customers first. We left the cart there and went to Lowe's.
Self serve check out lady thought it was hilarious that I struggled with my check out .she looked Latin & discriminated against me humiliating me in front of others.I never heard such a ridiculous laughter at the top of her voice.I told her I didn't see anything funny about her being racist towards me..I told management this was not acceptable & they agreed & removed her from the floor. I deserve to be treated with dignty & respect or I don't need to enable racist Latin employees to promote their own personal agenda towards a white female..I can shop else where..Thankfully the management took care of that little problem..Maby she needs to stay in the back & put up stock if she can't treat a customer as a customer..the real reason she has a job. I love Home Depo.. sometimes people drop through the cracks upon hiring but sooner or later their true colors show up.no place for her there.I hope she got fired.
