I will not recommend Lastovica. I sang their praises a month ago, but beware: the customer is wrong and negligent if any of their work is damaged.
Worst customer service..charged me $100 to fix a prong an never even fixed it!!! Shister!!!
A month ago, I purchased a new tanzanite stone for a ring. Today I noticed it had already chipped and brought it back to see if this was common with tanzanite stones.

I work in an office. The previous stone survived 13 years before falling out of the setting. The other two stones are just fine. Seems to me I was sold a faulty stone and was accused of abusing it.
First the woman accused me of using an electric cleaner. Then she said, "You probably just bonked it. Any stone will break after getting bonked except a ruby, sapphire or diamond. Would you like to buy another stone?"
I took a wrist watch to be repaired and they found nothing broken, all the watch needed was lubrication. Great service, fair price, and the most important thing for me, you can trust them!!
I needed a battery for a watch and a pin for a extra link and I was amazed at how fast it was done and I was on my way. Before leaving I had to look around and found some amazing watches. I'm a Lastovica Customer for life now. Thanks a lot for the wonderful experience
