Everything was ready when they said it would be they're super sweet and I will definitely be using them from now on!
Took a uniform in with patches on the sleeve to have it starched. When I got it back I noticed they didn't starch through the patch. I called them and they said they normally don't starch through the patch, which is fine, some places don't. Took me three washes and ironing cycles to get the crease out. Finally got it out and took it back. They offered to do it free and we spoke about going through the patch when dropping it off. Went to pick it up and they ironed it the exact same way. So I have to undo it again but will find somewhere else to do it correctly.
