What a horrible experience this office has been! I have registered my vehicle in four different states and this office has been the most difficult, rude, and unhelpful I have ever dealt with. It's honestly like it's a joke to these people. The woman that helped the last two times we've gone in (a pregnant woman) rolls her eyes, scoffs and acts like it's torture helping the people that pay her paycheck. Every time we go in the office they come up with a new document that is needed. This time we brought everything in that the woman requested, with the post it note that she wrote on the last visit, and she laughed, went to another older woman, showed her the papers, they both laughed, and came back and said more documentation was needed even though everything that she told us on the post it was there. We have taken so much time out of our work and personal life's for something that is literally a joke to these workers. I finally contacted someone at the main office in Belton and she seems like she actually wants to help. The employees in this office desperately need customer service training and need to learn to value their customers time.
