We had a great experience and great service..they came out late night to help us get into our truck..they where fast and very helpful..I eould recommend them to all of my friends ..thanks guys .
Marcus was AWESOME!! He was here within 15mins, and fixed a multitude of issues, on SEVERAL locks, that were done wrong by a competitor in town. He was super professional and very honest about the issues encountered. I really appreciate all his help!
This is a revised review based on the owner's fair response to my negative experience. He handled the issue exactly the way a business owner should: honestly and directly. After learning of how my service and pricing transpired, the owner emailed me, then spoke to me directly on the phone to address my concerns about pricing and customer service. I am satisfied with the way that the owner resolved my issues.
Was locked out of my car late at night and I was out in the country. This company came to my rescue and did not charge much at all. Very fast response time and for way less money than I expected.
Potential customers: Always ask for pricing upfront. And (unless there is unexpected, extra work) don't pay more than the phone dispatcher or technician tells you. Any company should be able to give you a list of prices, service calls, etc, so you can know how much a job will cost you. There may be unexpected issues that raise the price, but the technician should clearly explain those to you before the work is performed. Those extra charges should also be CLEARLY explained on a written invoice. Never be too afraid or intimidate to ask UP FRONT.
These guys came out after midnight to unlock my wife's car. Extremely courteous and respectful of our vehicle and property! Would recommend highly to anyone!
