I've gone here a few times now and each time I go I get in an out fast and they're always friendly.

Used to love the local service, which used to be more reliable than the UPS Store; but for the last 3 times that I have called about a notary question or tried to visit to get something notarized, I am told "she" is not there and I have to call or go to the location across town. I think I'm officially done playing peekaboo with this location. This might seem like a petty gripe, but when they advertise that they always have a notary available during business hours and I'm relying on them for important and time-sensitive legal documents Hope the Adams St location stays more reliable for longer.
