So overall the store's atmosphere was welcoming and friendly. Not to mention how clean it is compared to Marshalls and Ross. So whatever you hear bad about this store just disregard it because I still continue to do my shopping at Burkes and not have one problem.
You know when customer service is really bad then you dress for day off mode and a teenagers who works there follows you around the store watching you to make sure your not gonna steal. Very very rude!!!$

I was even there when they suspected a customer of shoplifting but all they could do was provide customer service. Not 5 minutes when I was at the register I saw the man walk out with sensors on the waistband of the pair of pants he was wearing.
Burkes Outlet is similar to Marshalls and Ross without the name brands. Employees are friendly and the store is clean and organized.
My friend gave a bad rap about this store because they said the employees were rude so I decided to go experience it myself. It turns out they were all friendly and they're just a group kids trying to make a living and just doing their jobs.
