The GM called and got us our plates, he was very nice and apologized. Thank you for that. I really mean it that it was a nice experience and in the end everything worked out.
We had a car die and we did not live in town. I read the reviews and gave them a chance. We found a car and took their financing. It was fine, typical car sales but nicer. It was the after sale that drove us nuts. We had to send the title over nighrt, they gave us the PO box address, then proceeded to call us everyday asking us where it was, then on the 5th day called and said they don't check the box. Called us and asked where the key was for our trade in. We left it with the salesman. They forgot to collect our down payment and forgot to get a paper to sign. Now they say we need drive down 3 hours to pick up our plates/ registration, after they assured us they would mail them to us. When we call we get 2 different answers. Everyone there was very nice just a lot of stuff that should not be happening. I will update if everything gets fixed.
