Even though I had some issues with my used car I purchased there they were very quick to fix every single issue as quickly as possible while providing a rental. Excellent customer service with Joel in sales and Clint in service. Extremely happy with them and my new-to-me car.
I've been to other car dealers around Central Texas but, non like Johnson Brothers. Friendly service and no pressure purchase approach. I came in with a goal. They were not able to meet my goal in the first day so, I left. Little did I know that they continued to work my case. Two days later, I get a phone call from Johnson Brothers; they've met my goals. Long story short, I'm pleased with sale and my new vehicle.
The customer service here is GREAT! Everyone has a great mentality and great attitude, very friendly and helpful. They really cater to your needs with their shuttle, beverages while you wait, tables to eat at if necessary, and comfortable seating while watching TV. Be prepared to come out of pocket $100 at the minimum at this dealership though. Typical of any dealership really, expect to pay out a good deal for anything done hear. Can't say that the work wasn't quality work though. I give them 4 stars.
Our cars are flooded in Harvey. We had to drive to this dealer from Houston after we had agreement for 2017 Edge. The process was very smooth and even got $100 gift card. Although we did not have agreement for Focus during our visit, we understand they cannot loss money to win business. This is the best experience we have with dealers. We will recommend this dealer to all our neighbors and friends.
