Horrible experience with these people. Interrupted the service to tell us our 10 minutes are up, though we were told we had 20 minutes. Showed no respect for the mourning family. There were about 6 employees who stood around and the family had to help lower the casket into the ground. Very lazy staff, very unprofessional. I do NOT recommend anyone go through them.
