Very good value. The room was great. The night clerk, Andrea, was very helpful and sweet. The only negative would be a funky smell in the hallway. They need to freshen up the carpet.
We have been staying at the hotel twice a year for at least 10 years and we get exceptional service from everyone. They continue to upgrade and have a welcoming attitude every time and call us by name!
It is a good hotel, but it us a little on the pricey side. But I enjoyed my stay here!
Good value. Plenty of room for all of us. The suite was large and roomy. Not too much noise. Also got 10% off our meal at the restaurant next door. Staff was friendly and helpful. Good stay overall.
All around great experience! My room was very nice. The lady attending to breakfast was very nice. She greeted everyone, kept selection fresh and stock then greeted all as they were finished. Plus, you get a 10% discount next door at Texas Roadhouse, which their staff is very positive and polite also!!
