The rooms were clean. The owners made every effort to accommodate us on short notice. We were being evacuated due to a hurricane. They helped us with FEMA paperwork to excuse the taxes and made us feel very welcome, including our pets.
It was quite nice, staff did their jobs and people at the front desk were kind and very professional. The breakfast was ok, I would like to see a little more than the basics, the maids are amazing. They keep the rooms nice and tidy. Overall it deserves a 4 star review, keep it up!!!!
Do not go here. There is bed bugs and dust particles every where!!!! The oatmeal you eat for breakfast was made a month ago. The same with the waffle mix. The blankets you use do not get changed just flipped. The only thing changed is the sheets. Same pillows also. Nothing is sanitary you want to risk the chance of catching a disease or getting very I'll then go here! Terrible place and I wouldn't recommend it. They also treat their employers like dirt. They need to be shut down!!!
Outdated rooms with gross carpet. Next morning we are laying in bed and a woman walks in while knocking and says housekeeping. We were pretty shocked they would just walk into a room. Talked to the owner and it was his wife! Good thing we weren't completely naked! Breakfast was awful. Minimal options and this food was much more gross than any other continental breakfast I've had. There was a 30's something white girl behind the desk who was rude and played on her cell phone the entire time and wouldn't help. And smoking is allowed. Go somewhere else. They are not up to code.
The lady at the front wouldn't let us eat breakfast without proof of a hotel door key and my name. I guess I looked like a "Cereal Killer" haha... because I was planning on killing nice bowl of fruit loops.
