Had a great experience, contracted overseas house was on the market and leased out before I even left the country. I don't have much experience as this was my first time but the process was simple and straight forward, Real Star kept constant communications with me informing me of each and every payment. Payments were on time and I really couldn't ask for more just be specific about what you will and will not allow the tenets to do while occupying your property. Also ensure you do a walk around of your home should you reoccupy it and check anything that was reworked or repaired.
Active duty service member who received PCS orders, contacted Real Star to initiate a property mananagement agreement. The house was less than 5 years old upon the start of the property rental. Over the course of two years, Real Star failed to make inspections on the property, but always had a work order that needed to be complete, averaging $110 a month. Bottom line is they collected money, let the tenants destroy my house, and offered no support in getting the money from the tenants for repairs. They in fact wanted to charge me over $2500 to repair the damages and let the tenants off The hook. I know because we are military they thought they could take advantage of us, which they did to an extent. Lesson learned this company will allow your property to be destroyed, will not advocate for the owner, and will charge you for their short comings. Stay far away.

We leased a home for 3 years through Real Star Properties. The staff was always very professional and great to deal with. Any maintenance issues we had throughout our lease were handled immediately to our satisfaction. The property we leased was being up for sale by the owners -- otherwise we would still be there!! Very satisfied.
I would like to say that I was a tenant for over 3 years with real star property and they have been nothing but helpful and attentive with any issues I may have had. There the maintenance department always made sure they took care of any problems in a fast and sufficient time. Everyone in the office was always very friendly and helpful.
