I haven't been living here long but I can tell I won't be staying here for long nor will I recommend living here to anyone. The apartments are nice and already furnished, there's no problem with the apartments them selves, it's the neighbors that are EXTREMELY LOUD and apparently none of them know what an "inside voice" is. And don't get me wrong I understand these are all colllege students living here but these aren't dorms these are apartments I pay almost 700$ for per month, not only that but I have to live with a roommate who is messy, eats all my food, NEVER goes to class, is up until 3am, invites multiple people over without asking me. But other than that these apartments are wonderful although I would recommend you get the studio apartment or just continue living with your parents because these definitely aren't even worth the price!!!:-)
Living at The University Courtyard Apartment Complex, truly is great. I absolutely love the convenience of being able to walk to campus in just under a couple minutes. The office staff is always friendly and welcoming. The University Courtyard, also has fun events planned throughout each month that really help us as students to get out and get to know one another. It truly is a great place to live for a first time college student!
I have lived at University Courtyard for over a semester now, and I have honestly never lived in a nicer apartment. The studios are cute. Everyone has treated me quite well here, and there are many community activities, plus friendly staff. There are contests held sometimes, and once in awhile free food. I think the atmosphere is caring. I think anyone who left poor reviews didn't take the time to properly discuss their issues with anyone in the office. They are more than helpful, and one of the staff members is there just to help with potential roommate issues, and to pair roommates well with each other, etc. Furthermore, financial aid can help pay for the apartments and it is just right across the street from campus and a bus line. It honestly doesn't get more convenient than that. I will be sad when I get my degree and have to move elsewhere.
This place is very clean, the new staff is very friendly and willing to help you out with any problem you have. If you have any questions, I recommend asking for Edgar. He is very polite and knows what he is talking about
University Courtyard apartments is a safe and convenient place to live if you are attending temple college. The staff is very friendly and helpful for if you need it. It's an added bonus that it's in walking distance from the school, it's very comfortable and quiet. I highly recommend University Courtyard Apartments if attending Temple College.
