Came in, waited a bit to be seated. Our server got our drinks, no straws. Our kids drinks were on point. We asked for straws twice before we got them. They mixed up the sides for two meals, and didn't give silverware until my did was lukewarm. Food was delicious, though.
The food at these chain restaurants is pretty standard at this point. We come here for the exceptional service and the server "Sunshine" who is head and shoulders above the usual exceptional service offered here. Special thanks to her for her friendliness and her extensive knowledge of the food. I'm extremely gluten intolerant and she has taken steps above and beyond to learn about the ingredients of the food here and ensure the safest experience for her gluten free guests.
I have to give serious kudos to their staff, especially the "allergy specialist" Sunshine and our waitress Sierra. My husband and I both have serious food allergies which means we don't eat out a lot. Sunshine spent a good fifteen minutes with us and we aren't even one of her tables. The staff were all very concerned for us which was endearing and sweet. They really went above and beyond with some of the best, most attentive service have ever had. She even instructed the cook to put down foil to avoid contamination which I didn't even think of!
Me and some co-workers went their just yesterday. It was a nice place to go to. Staff was friendly and the waitress was outstanding. I will return to the place in the future. Thank you for your great service.
Good food and great service with a friendly atmosphere. We had a large party of 8 and were seated in just a few minutes. Our waiter was attentive and understanding even with some very specific orders.
