An upscale fast food joint with cold plates and tepid food. (I've never encountered Tex-Mex on a cold plate?) The cheese enchiladas may have been the worst enchiladas I've eaten and remind me of frozen food. They are very chewy! Too chewy. No free chips but lots of salsa on the salsa bar and the pico is good, very spicy. On a bright and cheery side the cafe is bright and cheery with friendly and helpful staff. Rosa's is convenient and easy but expensive for fast food.
First you walk in and stand in line to order. They give you a number that will be displayed on a big TV screen when it's ready to be picked up. The restaurant is fairly new and the floor and tables were clean. We didn't care much for the food. It was served very fast but wasn't served hot and the flavor was just average. Chips and salsa cost extra and everything else is serve yourself.
We tried three different breakfast tacos: bacon, sausage and chorizo.
Staff looked over whelmed with the heavy lunch traffic. I have to go back twice to get missing items from my order. Many people were complaining tables were dirty many still with dishes still on them.
New place so there is some improvements (learning curve) with the employees. I was greated promptly, then order my food, got my beer and water and then the food came out. Chicken enchiladas were good, rice portion was small but the meal was only $6.99...so yeah. Hopefully the team management stays on top of the staff. Good atmosphere, like that the music isn't blasting.
They were all delicious!!! A definite repeat!
