Unload 15 minutes after backing up to the dock. Waited over 4 hours for paper work
Wow this place really sucks ass got here at 2130 for an appointment at 0600 got a door at 0730 didn't get done till 1115 and this is my first stop now I'm late for 2nd drop appointment was at 1000 and the receiving guy at the window is a real f-yard
Amazing place to deliver a load. Quick and easy
Great experience. Overnight parking. Into dock 2 hours before Appt. Took 1-1/2 hours. Only bad is they still use the ancient CB system to contact drivers instead of calling phone. (Wasn't necessary though. .. Guard knocked on door for early delivery)
I had to give it 5 stars for this trip. In less than an hour, checked in, docked, and back out of the building. Must be under new management and supervision. Normally would be here for 8 hours or more.
Staging area can be a mess when busy. Fairly spacious dokk doors. Some of the staff make you feel less than welcome.
