Because of the dirtbags there
My wife and I had our pet dog Crash taken in for a severe injury(RIP Crash). The doctor and staff were extremely professional, caring and couldn't of been more accommodating.
I have been using the Banfield chain for 3.5 years. My dog requires a monthly injection and this store always takes great care of him. I know that when he is there he will be taken care of.
I have had a positive experience every time I have been here. The girls at the front are always so nice and helpful. They were also really great at helping me figure out the right plan for my pet with my limited finances.
After requesting appointment time online, & receiving a confirmation via phone call, I took my little girl in for her vaccines only to be told she didn't have an appointment. I was told that the time given was vets lunch hour & that an hour after that was triage, then times that had appointments. Receptionist suggested we leave our puppy there to be "worked in". If I hadn't personally spoken to someone who CONFIRMED appointment 4 days prior, I could say maybe i made mistake. But, definitely not feeling comfortable leaving my puppy there or making another appointment. I cannot recommend this place due to their faulty scheduling.
