Y'all this place is A1!

I was pleasantly pleased with the service at this place after my car needed to get fixed. They worked with my insurance company and were very pleasant and accommodating. Only downside is your car can't be parked inside the lot with the rental cars, you have to park on the street next to it. Other than that would rent again from here.

While I was waiting, an employee was on the phone trying to satisfy a customer's needs with the exact make of vehicle they wanted. Even going as far as offering the customer a ride to their job and dropping off the rental vehicle of their choice when it was turned in later that day.

I don't want to see this bad guy in the future for renting my next car.

However, there are also some good guys there for my first visit there. He even did not ask me about this issue.

I would say one of men is very ignorant of the insurance of credit card. He even asked me to provide a paper insurance statement, or have to buy your insurance. This is so ridiculous. I think he has never uses credit card for car rent. This is very very very bad. He has none of knowledge about the insurance my credit card provides. I have rented cars many times, never saw this requirement with my credit card. Finally, I have to use my phone to search statements of my credit card to show this stupid guy insurance I have. Please learn some basic knowledge. Is that OK for

I had a wonderful experience in dealing with Enterprise. Devon went out of his way to make sure the insurance company paid for the collision damage waiver due to my circumstances. it was hard, but he pulled it off so a big thank you for that. Also, my vehicle was nice, clean and economical on gas! Easy check out. Very pleased. :)

I was told I would receive a Camry, Impala or similar when I requested a car. When I arrived, the car was not ready. I saw the Enterprise Team Member run out and get a Jeep Patriot off of the line of cars to be cleaned. It was presented to me as a free upgrade. I drove several hundred miles a day for a week in a vehicle that held less than 12 gallons of gas. Filling up twice a day is a pain in the butt. I really wish I had gotten that Impala. I will not ever take one of those Jeeps again ----

Customer service is amazing! I was in and out with no issues at all on both receiving and returning the rental. Very clean and professional!
