Excellent job from the staff... I will never rent from another company but Hertz!!!
My daughter was on her way to school, 150+ miles from home and hit a coyote that ran out in front of her in the middle of the night. Hertz was right there with her the next morning, setting her up with a vehicle and taking care of her. I worked with Miranda Wilson in Temple and she needs a raise! She was excellent, kind, and thorough. She walked my daughter through all the steps and let her bring the rental car to Houston to pick up her car once it had been repaired. GO HERTZ!!! You have a customer for life!!!
My very first experience was good, when I rented only for a day! Now when I went back to rent for longer than a month ive officially got screwed by this company. Here it is the first of the month and my account is negative $1500 because they failed to communicate with me. I didnt know how long I was going to need rental for so I would call every week and ask for an extension. The amount went up from 180$ to $203 a week. The last week I called for the extension I was told my amount was biw 380$ so I asked WHY!! Well they took it upon themselves to use my deposit for last weeks extension, I said how? When I saw then take the money out of my account. She said they probably already credited my account the money. So now here's where all the confusion starts, she tells me to go to my bank and ask the bank what's going on. My bank couldn't see anything or tell me anything, so now I'm very confused. Well anyway I ended up paying the $380 for extension cause needed the car and said I was returning car after thus extension because I had no idea what was going on and done dealing with these non ass comnunicators at this store, well apparently I've figured it out now. And I want to know why the hell would you charge my card and then slowly release the money back into NY account??? My account is very active and have 2 people using it.. Now I can't pay my rent , my phone bill or electricity bill and I have two young children. and. also taking care of my 14 year old sister in law.
Thus all could've been avoided if you guys charged me account and just kept itx or at least communicated with me on how things are done so I can be very cautious. I will never in my life recommend this company to anyone or will rent from you again!!!
I will try my best to never use them again! Not only did I get over charged, it took me calling every other day, going to the office, texting and calling the manager NeNe's business cellphone (which she never answered or responded to) and calling customer service from August 30th 2017- October 11th 2017 for my refund to be processed.
I only put one star because I had to, to write this review! I will NEVER use them again and I will make sure no one I know uses them! Terrible customer service, they are absolutely no help at all! I got over charged, the person who told me all the information didn't tell me they would take TWO payments over $600 out of my account. They are just horrible! I would recommend anyone else but them!
