I had 2 SERIOUSLY shattered phones. Josh worked on them both for me. While he was only able to fix one (I kinda figured the other was not repairable anyway), he worked hard on both. I would definitely use them again. The customer service was great and these guys know what they're doing.
I had a charging port installed (which works great now), and Windows 10 reinstalled on my laptop. I've had nothing but problems with it ever since. It charges now, but it doesn't do much anything else without a huge headache. They also didn't reinstall all of the Windows programs I had before.
