4 weeks of planning a one night event. One thing left to do. Print out some cool goodies to give out as attendees leave. Your graphic designer has just sent the final product. Printer A- Machine happens to crash. Okay no problem, I'll go to printer B after work, surely they'll take care of me. Arrive at Printer B- They're not able print double sided images. Aww man what a bummer. Look online everything is closing in a hour or is already closed, except for who. Staples!! I call staples, asking "Can you all print double sided images? Answer-Yes we can. Bingo! I'll be there soon. I get there and Josie is like yea I can take care of you. Josie jumped every hurdle with and pressed through every obstacle with me. Although an employee, she worked with me as a team to understand and accomplish my vision. She was even willing to work after hours to help me complete my idea. Long story short we finished right at closing time, in peace. This is real place with real people. I'll be back.

Such a terrible and frustrating experience. This is the second time I've been there and both times I've had the same experience. This last time I went to print TWO papers. She then informed me that she couldn't lend me the white out that she had sitting on her desk in front of her and told me to buy some. So I did, thinking that I would need to for some of the copies I need done. When I returned with the over-priced white out I bought, she then told me it would be an hour and a half.

An hour and a half. 5 dollar white out that I could have used upon getting home for my hour and a half wait. I am enfurriated. When she told me I needed to buy the white out, i turned to go get it. I was headed in the opposite direction (how would I know where it would be?) and there was no guiding or pointing it out. So it took me 5 minutes to find it.

I have been a customer of Staples for 20 years. I ordered a printer on line at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday. I picked it up in the Temple,TX store and they were great! i installed it at my office and it didn't work. I contacted HP and they said they could send a part to repair or I could return to store. I did a chat with Staples and was on chat for over 1.5 hours and they gave me credit on the printer and told me to order a new one. I got the printer at a price match at 11:00 a.m. and they would not honor that price match at 2:00 p.m. I do not think this was good policy or customer service. I spoke with a supervisor after the 1.5 hrs on chat and she said they would not honor that price. Beware of returns to Staples.
Just a terrible experience. I reccomenf you go elsewhere. Walmart, office Depot, etc.
I'm a regular customer at this store, and have been treated well. The other day when I was there one of the Staff gathered my ink and Toner while I was shopping. They are friendly and helpful.
