Sells Apple products but completely ill-equipped to trouble shoot Apple products. Geek squad at this location were hardly able to find the power button on a standard MacBook. Of course, the customer service representative who made the appointment for us did not inform us that this particular geek squad could not help us. Geek squad staff instead recommended that we make a special trip to Austin to get the computer looked at.
I went into the store to buy a computer that I had bought there before and was very good. It was an HP just the right size for travel. They had one on display but they had none in stock and have not taken care to remove it even after he figured out that it was not in stock and could not be ordered at any Best Buy anywhere he said. I can't put the blame on the salesman other than he should have taken it off or his manager should have taken it off the display area and said on a sign that it was out of stock. Thank you
We love our local best buy store. We were there recently to buy a computer. The guy that helped us was prompt helping us as soon as we walked into the department, was extremely knowledgeable, and was genuinely helpful with everything we needed. Thanks best buy!! We shop a lot online as well.
I originally visited this location for a specific cord. I told an associate which cord I was looking for, and he led me to the specific location they had for this specific cord, and apologized that they currently didn't have more options for the cord I was looking for. After I selected my cord, he asked if I had any more needs. I replied that I would only be looking around/browsing, and he left me alone to wander around the store without pestering me. I will gladly return to this store for additional purchases where I feel the need to wander back and forth comparing hardware without an employee "harassing" me with his product knowledge.
Actually, a low four. They usually have everything l need, but I also need someone to help me find it. The store is not laid out in an intuitive way. Also the prices are slightly on the high side. But, the quality of the products is good.
