If there's another way, just don't do it. These people will blow up your phone and call your references if your payment is only ONE day late. Not just one phone call either. They will call 20 or more times a day. They don't follow through with what's promised in store, and their regional manager, Rafael, is about as unprofessional as they come. He uses phrases such as, "Don't talk about my mama" during conversations for conflict resolution, and a year later we still have not been credited the money promised for their screw up. Just don't do it.
Great customer service, easy terms, and quality products, equals happy customers! Any problems that may arise are addressed in a timely and professional manner. Markesha is particularly awsome! I don't know the other employees by name, but everybody else I have dealt with are friendly as well. Great job guys!

I really like this Aaron's cause one of their manger is really cool and she is always there whenever i run into a problem and she does a excellent job and i would say her name but i wouldn't and i know she is a black woman with glasses on lol and if she ever read this i hope this puts a smile on her face.. I even think the delivery drivers are cool people too.. I been dealing with them almost a year.. Keep the good work aaron's..
If I could have given no stars I would have done such. Consumers beware this company is crooked. When I have more time I will tell you the ordeal they put me through, unbelievable, PETTY, WRONG. Karma and the universe will come full circle
