When the delivery personnel came to deliver the furniture they were the same. They were on time, and everything is great.

I liked it when the salesman did not crowd our space. He told us if we have any questions just call him. Very nice place prices are reasonable.
We purchased a sectional from them that we loved. After a course of months to almost a year, we had many service orders submitted (broken frames and seams wore out on the 5/7 cushion covers). Each time, the repairs were done in a timely manner.
The sales rep, Tammy, helped me find the perfect sofa. I showed a photo of my custom made chair and she immediately had 4 sofas in mind. When I saw this one I knew it was the one. My search began and ended at Bob Mills. When delivered today the delivery guys took such care. Padding was put on doorways and ground to make sure nothing was damaged. Very professional and nice. I will definitely be shopping at Bob Mills again.
