What a phenomenal experience. Walked in, immediately greeted at the door, and our salesperson actually left us to browse unlike other stores we've recently visited where it felt like we were being hovered over the entire time. Melodie came and checked on us occasionally, and was very knowledgeable on all the mattress options (since we had ZERO idea of what we were looking for!) She was able to guide us through the whole process. We were so impressed with our experience that we decided to go ahead and purchase an entire bedroom set, if not to simply avoid having to shop somewhere else for it. Lawrence, the store manager came and spoke with us during the process and thanked us personally for our business. Just incredibly friendly people and all-around a wonderful experience. We will definitely be back when it's time for something else!
We walked in wanting a new dining room table and chairs and we walked out getting EXACTLY what we wanted! Roger was phenomenal. He wasn’t pushy and really took his time to explain all of their financing options. We were greeted by just about everyone that was working in the store! We will most definitely be returning to this store for future furniture purchases!
Melodie helped us today at the very end of Black Friday craziness and was professional and still absolutely upbeat, happy and still patient with us as I went through the indecisiveness of spending that level of money. Between Melodie, Tatiana who got us hooked on that style couch that fit our exact needs, and GM Lawrence who also took time out to make some price (double) checking calls, that we felt 110% confident in our purchase and being graciously taken care of through the whole process. My wife and I went in to just look at buying a couch and was greeted by Patricia. She was friendly from the get go and not overly attentive, but was there when we had any questions. We actually ended up buying a couch thanks to her! She helped my wife and I get approved for credit and bought the couch with no hassle. Once we got home we realized we bought too big of a couch, but went back the next day to fix it, with no problems. Would definitely recommend this location and Patricia for sales.
Great service. As soon as I walked in the door, I was greeted by Catherine. She attentively listened to my request, including but not limited to color, power recliners, size, and space needed to recline. Thanks to Catherine and Ashley staff, I found the perfect leather sofa for my apartment. I also took advantage of the five-year warranty because let’s face it life happens, especially when you DONT have a warranty. Plus, if I don’t use it within the five years, it gets converted to store credit. Can’t be mad at that. When I’m looking to purchase any additional furniture, I’ll be sure to head back to Ashley Furniture!
