Installed a a/c last summer, hasn't worked right yet, freezing up last summer, leaking water this summer, and they can't seem to fix the problem, almost $4000 and allot if headaches, service manager was supposed to come out last week but no word, wouldn't return phone calls last summer, would not recommend
My daughter's A/C system inexplicably stopped working. The fan turned, but nothing outside. I called Rabroker and they gave me their new customer service call price. David showed up and really put forth a great effort. It's June in Temple Texas and I imagine about 130 degrees in the attic. No problem for David...he's up there checking everything out and gets it running. Unfortunately it stopped about an hour later. I call Rabroker back and they send out Bradon who is on call. He's up in the attic and figures out that there is something unusual going on with the electronics. He, like David, fixes it. And like David it quits an hour later. Rabroker sent out another couple of guys the next day who wired in an additional ground and that solved the problem. This company was relentless in making things right. If I could give them 10 stars, I would. As a retired Navy officer, it's easy to spot a company with good leadership because it is exhibited in their employees. And this company is all you could ask for and more --both in expertise and in customer service!!! I highly recommend them to anyone needing HVAC service.
