We had a pool put in by Ramirez Swimming Pools in September. The communication was awful. They ran over my sprinkle system, breaking off the sprinkler head, and did not fix it. I still have ruts in my yard which I was told they would fix when they were done. They did not stick to the schedule they gave us and did not communicate that it was changing until they wanted money. To make matters worse, they installed freeze protection on the pool. This winter it got into the teens and stayed there for several days. I called and asked about the freeze protection and was told it would be okay. It was not a pipe froze and broke. They came and fixed it. Now they want $185 for something that in my opinion should be covered under warranty. The freezing shattered about 20% of the cooping around the pool. They at least fixed the damage, but I am disappointed that it happened. I hate to see what the future holds for this pool with so many problems and it is barely 6 months old. If choose to go with Ramirez Pools get everything in writing and be prepared to call them everyday for updates, because they will not communicate it to you as they should. You might also want to record your conversations, just in case.
