I have both had a membership and used this gym for many years. I think it's a great place to workout and the staff are so friendly And very helapful. They are working with me to fit my needs. Ron the owner is so nice and has great values. The below negative reviews shock me because I've never had a problem st Gym X and they have even redone it. Give them a try and you won't be dissapointed.

Signed up for the classes. The schedule kept changing -classes got canceled- and the pricing was not what was originally stated. Had some mysterious charges on my bill after the first couple months. They were unable to provide a printout of my statement to show or explain the extra fees.
The gym is awesome but I would rather drink the water from Mexico. The water from the water fountain is no bueno! The staff is awesome and the equipment is great. It is never to crowded. Aside from the water this gym is awesome!
Shower and bathroom area is lacking. Not impressed with the amenities.

...so here we go my drama with gymx, my husband went there on 09/30 to cancel it, the lady at the front desk said everything was ok and no copy was needed. we moved to another state and now gymx keeps trying to charge us! I have called gymx EVERY SINGLE DAY! And requested a call back from the manager, as he always too busy to answer my call. Nobody calls me back, nobody gives me an answer! ( I even had a friend of mine going to the front desk and handed her phone to the person and they also gave me a run around) I have blocked the company from taking money from my account and now we are getting collection calls! Stay away from this place! They do you very dirty!! I gave my phone number and my husband and I am waiting a call back 9 days in a roll now!
