First let me say we were late and I know that is my responsibility to be there on time but we came upon a few set backs which caused us to be 15 minutes late to the minute and was informed when we got there that they only wait 15 minutes for the patient and then they leave, which means they should have still been at the door ready to walk out. I understand my responsibility but I think they should have considered they patient is my 87 year old father that has incognisance and the beginning of dementia, walks with the aid of a walker and wheelchair and needs my help to get to and from appointments. He forgot his wallet so I had to turn around and go back to get it because they always tell you to bring your insurance cards with you to the appointments so they can be sure they get their money, it only put us about 5 minutes behind but we live in Moody so we have a 30 minute drive already. We start to leave out off town and they are doing road work and have traffic stopped so we wait for about 15 minutes in traffic which as we start to move I realize we were not going to make it so I tried to call my husband to call my husband to look up the number and let them know we were going to be late but he was not in the house so I continued on to get there which I thought was only10 minutes late but was 15 minutes late to be told they only wait 15 minutes and then they cancel you or leave when the appointment is at the end of the day. All things considered I am very disappointed with your institute and wish I didn't have to bring my daddy back but unfortunately we newfound out if this stupid machine is helping any! This is my opinion only and does not reflect my father, the patients few at all. Thanks but no thanks once again Scott and White!
