I chose my glasses. She helped several others while I was seated with her. With my insurance, I used the buy one get one 50% off. I was pleased with my selection. One pair was ready same day. The second pair will take 10 days.
Made an appointment as a new customer and gave them all my information to verify my insurance. The office called me back that evening and said the insurance company did not have me listed. So I had my HR call Visionworks and give them whatever information they needed to verify my coverage. They told the HR person that I gave them the wrong SSN....NO THEY WROTE IT DOWN OR TYPED IT IN WRONG, I should know my own SSN. Needless to say, I cancelled the appointment and went to TSO.
