We went there over the weekend and we were not impressed. The over quality of the food is not bad for the price to eat there. However, it was extremely messy and we did not feel comfortable eating there. When we first areived there was food all over the floor, tables were not clean, and the counters where the food is served was also dirty. We are not sure how long it was like this, but no one cleaned the place for at least the 30m we were there. I can understand if it was busy being behind, but there were only a few families. We recommend CiCi's for the price and the amount of food, but we do not recommend this location.
Worst experience ever..... Went here before taking my son to the movies for his birthday. No pizza was on the buffet for at least 10 mins. Paid $35 and left without even getting full. I will never do thst again.
I gave Cicis 3 star because of the quality of the food. The pizza, and salad bar forgettable. Either buy choice, or inability to keep up with demand of the self-service pizza, and salad bars. You often have to wait for more pizza, or salad fixings to be put out.
It has been a few years since I visited here. It wasn't what I remembered a little pricey the pizza was ok. I had to talk to them 3 times before I got the pizza I wanted but the cinnamon rolls were good.
Staff is so friendly here. On the off chance the pizza lineup on the buffet doesn't do it for you, they will! They made me a macaroni and sausage pizza and it was awesome. Also, apple soda.
