Amazing customer service - original quote was higher than another offer I had been given. That particular shop had a broken compressor so they couldn't do the work. Called around and couldn't find a single place that was even close to that price range. However, when I mentioned it to this Discount Tire, the manager was very friendly and approved a price match which was incredible. I don't live here - I was traveling through when I popped my tire on the highway, but I would definitely give them my business again and I highly recommend their service!
This is a excellent place ! See I had gotten myself in a bit of pickle but show up at the last minute they were getting off early an I need a tire as luck would have it they didn't have the one I needed and my spare was dry rotten.lol But thanks to the manger Steve truly my hero he had the guys put a better tire so I would be safe to drive! This tire store never disappoints. They have the BEST customer service around! I went in yesterday to replace a tire. I was greeted by John, who shook my hand and took my tire to be inspected. He then proceeded to get my van into a stall ASAP. I appreciated his kindness and efforts. I will continue to do business with this store because of John and the store's employees, who are like him! Thank you, gentlemen! I would highly recommend this tire store/service to anyone.

Nicholas O Stevenmann took care if me here in Temple and Killeen also..he has good customer service qualities.. The tire price were a little high but the price worth the product and the product worth the price.. Thanks to Nicholas O Stevenmann and the other guy that came over and explain that they are working on my car now and won't take long which was true, It took about took about 15-20 minutes to rotate my back tires,mount and balance my 2 back tires.. Nicholas took care if me in Killeen on my first visit at discount tire and I was lucky to see him again in Temple. Keep up the good work Nicholas.
