The guys have bent over backwards to get my truck up and running. I came in late on a Saturday expexting them just to check it out and set an appointment, but they got me in and got it fixed that eve. Everyone is super nice and know their stuff.
The best auto store in temple. Since under new management I can tell that this place is all about customer service. The new manager Brandon is very cordial, easy to work with and is all about keeping the customer happy. Not many auto shops would be this truthful to their clients. I have personally wittiness a customer come in to get an oil change and Brandon checked out the car and told the lady that she doesn't need a oil change at the moment, she can just get a change at her during her next routine maintenance at the dealer ship. He could have easily told her that she needed an $110 oil change but he let her go about her day. These are the time of people we need in our world. Honest hard working people like Brandon.
I recently visited Precision for the first time. I scheduled an appointment at 4:30 and they promptly started evaluation at the scheduled time. They needed to order a belt which they had delivered and completed the repair by the 6:00 closing time. I left and came back to get my car. I arrived at about 6:10 and staff was still very nice, professional and did not make me feel rushed. Their price was very reasonable as well. I will be taking my car back to Precision next week to complete the recommended maintenance needed.
