Very unprofessional...i have no idea what kind of work he does i couldnt get past his awful attitude. Well he gave me one price for a seat and when I came back to get it done. He quoted me another. When I reminded him of the last price he said he didn't care yelled at me and cus me out. He told me he didn't need my business. I guess he doesn't.
If you have if you love your couch Meeting mister Troutt was like meeting the skill professionals I use to know from the seventy's and eighty's who were proud of their work. If you love your furniture and don't want to spend thousands poorly made and low quality wood I highly recommend coming over to his shop picking out fabric and stuffing and put some TLC back into your loved furniture
Smoke filled atmosphere. The entire facility reeked of cigarette smoke. They were actively smoking when I entered the location. The fabric books are outdated and also reek. I cannot attest to their upholstery work as I was not willing to take my smoke free furniture to the shop. The furniture they were actively working on was all encompassed in the same area. When I enquired about Belgium Linen the seamster said he would not sew it as his machine is too heavy for it and he wasn't getting a smaller one just to sew cushions. It was a complete waste of my time.
