The Fort Hood location, in my opinion, has a lazy attitude to it. I ordered parts and received the wrong parts, on top of having to go back because the guy didnt give me all my boxes with my parts.
Everyone is friendly and professional here except one salesperson. But I can overlook that. I was going to buy a new Limited but that salesperson said, "I can't give everything away, I'm going to make some money off of you".
Kinda disappointed in the way we were treated, no we weren't in there to buy a new Harley but we did have money and we did go out of our way to stop in. Plus everything in there with the name on it was so very expensive which is the only thing that caught my eye.

Well I understand you need to make money to stay in business but I'm not paying full pop for a new Limited and you never tell the customer that! Not happening. Finally pulled the trigger and bought one in Waco yesterday.
The store was spotless and organized.
The temple location is awesome. Bigger facility, nicer people and the salesmen actually work to get you the bike you want for the price you can afford. Give Skip a holler if you're in the market for a new Harley or just stop in and browse.
People are friendly customer service is great but Hardly bikes and parts are supper over priced and low quality.
