My Daughter In Law had more than one miscarriage after the birth of her first son. She had become very discouraged and was ready to give up trying before we found Dr. Sosa. He was so attentive and encouraging. He realized that she had a hormone deficiency right away. With this correction, she just had a second beautiful and healthy little boy and could not be happier. We are very thankful for his care and mostly his compassion.
Dr. Sosa is very attentive and kind. I felt him and his team did a great job, until the end. When I was 29 weeks and baby and I were in great health, I came into an appointment and he said he was "just going to put a little pressure" as he examined me. What he meant was he was going to sweep my membranes to induce labor. If I would have known what it meant, I would have protested. That night I went into labor. At Seton Hospital, one of the nurses who was checking me accidentally broke my water. My son ended up turning transverse due to this and I had an emergency c-section. It was horrible.
Not only that, but I complained about heart burn a few weeks earlier and he said we could induce labor if I wanted and I made it clear that I wouldn't want to do that. Bottom line is he is a surgeon and is very comfortable with c-sections. If that is not what you want, don't see a surgeon.
His a great doctor his very caring and his nurses are amazing he cares about whats going on with you and will try his best to fix it I would recommended him to anyone!
