I'm a patient being treated badly by the staff.
After doing ultrasound with the nurse the doctor comes in and has to redo all images. It takes two hours for a ultra sound which pushed us Into our other appointment at obgyn. The doctor walked us to obgyn and told the lady at the desk why we were a little late. The lady rolls her eyes and says ok. A hour later we are still waiting. Even with nobody ahead of us, I watched as other women came with times later then ours, get served So I asked a different lady and go figure, the first chick kept bumping our time back over and over. The least they could have done was told us. Keeping us here waiting for a opening because of your hospitals scheduling and work performance problems?! Unprofessional! I knew this lady was going to do this based on her rolling her eyes at the doctor and sure enough she did.
haven't even been seen here and hopefully will never have to. The hospital/clinic has no urgency for the patient. They want you to jump through silver hoops before seeing you. Which also includes giving you lots of misinformation and hopefully you live close, because you're going to have to make lots of unexpected unexplained useless trips up there for stupid things like what your insurance will cover -__- No part of the staff has been compassionate about the stress and struggle they have caused JUST TO GET AN APPOINTMENT!!! All I have ever had to do to get an ob appointment is call my preferred ob. all paperwork is gone over at first appointment. (Including medical history. Pro tip s&W this isn't something you make your patients wait an additional 1-3 extra weeks for to do over the phone. you can give patients a slip in the office while they are waiting to see the doctor its crazy I know!) Considering how rude staff has been when I try to tell how stressful this has been and how much misinformation I have been given, I'm going to risk driving further to Austin or Up to Dallas to receive care from someone not associated with these horrible heartless people. Scott and White is stupid with extra steps.
