I didn't have a problem with Dr. Furman - he was very nice and welcoming - but his nurse is such a rude person. Whether it's on the phone or in person she isn't welcoming or nice at all and, frankly, I don't feel she should be working with people because she makes them feel uncomfortable. I have spoken with the other nurse there and she is so much more kind and welcoming. His nurse causes patients to have a horrible experience overall and as someone that already suffers from social anxiety it is not appreciated that she acts like that towards people.
I am going to start this out saying that Dr. Furman is an amazing doctor and extremely caring for his patients. However, I am rating this a 1 because his Nurse is extremely rude. Every time I have seen her she is in a bad mood, never smiles, and does not make me feel comfortable. Hopefully someone shares this with her so she can change her attitude. Going to the doctor is not comfortable to begin with, so a first impression with the nurse can make or break you experience.

I have monthly appointments and they have always been very prompt and professional without needless time wasting.
I was not satisfied with the family medical practice I had been going to and decided to go out of network to see Dr Furman because a reccomendation from a friend that was very happy with his service.
Dr Furman and his staff are the best!
