Randy is a hardworking guy who's always been willing to lend a hand, and cheaply, as well. He does a good job, and if you're not satisfied, he'll work until you are. He once worked on my mom's truck, and when it turned out he didn't do something right or it came undone, he fixed it at no additional cost, and quickly! No, he's not ALWAYS open, because it really is a one man shop and I'm sure he has other priorities sometimes, but he usually is open on weekdays and is willing to help with whatever your car troubles may be. He doesn't just do tires, either. He replaced my mother's water pump on her car for less than a 1/4 what the dealership was wanting to charge, and it's holding up wonderfully!
