YES SHE WAS SCRATCHED BY THE INSTURMENT USED EVEN MY MOM SEEN IT SMH AN SHE HAS GOOD ORAL CARE AT HOME BRUSHES HER TEETH EVEY MORNING AND NIGHT YALL JUST SUCK AT IT TRYNA HAVE SO MANY PATIENTS THAT YALL HAVE TO RUSH ! PEOPLE CAN BE SO CRUEL AN NOT CARE ABOUT SOMEONE UNLESS ITS THERE SELF SHOULDT ASK FOR A REVIEW IF YOUR GONNA BE STUCK UP ABOUT IT LOL!!!!!!!!!!!! they denied me cause of my review for my baby ! it was ok let her calm down an her mouth was bleeding an she said its cause of her gums but when we got home my daughter kept holding her mouth an come to find out she has a cut on her gum from that tool she uses!!!!!! no bueno! I wouldn't recommend this dentist to anyone! specially with children my daughters age!
The staff is so friendly, so accommodating, and we're so quick. My little boy who had a bad experience at another location. I went into Canyon Creek after going to two other local dentist. I explained my situation and I was able to get an appointment same day. My little boy got his tooth pulled and didn't even know it was happening. He was so calm and let them do the work that needed to be done. About 10 minutes into the procedure he said; "I feel like my tooth is gone." He did not even realize he was getting his tooth pulled. I am So thankful for the amazing staff at Canyon Creek. We will never go anywhere else. I am so pleased with the work done and we didn't experience any pain. Totally recommend this place to anyone.
We love Dr. Prajapati and her staff. She is patient, knowledgeable and great with the kids. She makes the kids (and us parents!) comfortable with the whole process. She has taken wonderful care of our whole family. Highly recommend!
Over the past 5 years we have brought over 55 children to Canyon Creek Dentistry. We have received exemplary care from each and every staff member at every single visit. 90% of the kids we have brought to Canyon Creek Dentistry have never been seen by a dentist before much less know what a dentist is. The staff have always strived to ensure that every child has been treated with patience and understanding as well as compassion. That parience, understanding and compassion is what keeps bringing us back. My husband and i also get seen by Dr.P and her staff and they treat us with the same amount of compassion and respect that they give all of our children..I highly recommend Canyon Creek Dentistry!
Great space, great dentist. She's wonderful with kids and has a great way with adults and parents too. My family definitely appreciates her chair-side manner!
