This is the best dentist that I have ever been to in my life. Dr. Megens is very competent and personally cares about his patients. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. I have had several fillings and a recent crown and not once did I feel any pain from any of the injections. Even though he is out of network for me, it is worth the personal care that I receive. I get the treatment that I want and need vs. what the insurance company dictates. I highly recommend his office!

The front desk staff was very helpful as she did all the work in finding my insurance information. I had an awesome experience and the hygienist was great and really took her time with my cleaning. Everyone was friendly and I would definitely recommend this place.
Now that he has an office in Temple, I would drive there for any of my dental needs and I live in Dallas! I've referred my brother over there to have some extensive dental work done. He's very glad he made the drive to Temple. My brother was just as impressed as I was.

I met Dr. Megens and had some work done by him when he was working in Connecticut. I was out in the east coast for a conference and needed some emergency dental work done. Dr. Megens was kind enough to take me in on such last minute notice. When the work was completed, I couldn't have been more impressed. I could never really say I have had great experiences at any dental office. I usually get an anxiety attack right before and during my visits. Dr. Megens was very gentle and professional when he worked on me. I'm not even sure how he did it, but I didn't even feel any of the anesthetic shots he gave me! He was also very thorough and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain everything that was done to me. It didn't take long before I became quite relaxed and had forgotten I'm at the dentist's!
