Front office very nice and helpful. Dr was professional and thorough (Dr Moody??) But the 2 assistants were very rude! When asking questions regarding treatment plan options and out of pocket expenses, I was spoken to like I was stupid. One person-- no idea who or what her position was as she had nothing to do with my visit, (she only came in at the very end during the payment "explanation" process) actually laughed under her breath while I was asking questions! I was not happy at all with the actions of the ancillary staff -aside from the front office lady who was very compassionate regarding my experience. Will not return
Pleasant dental staff who treats you like a person and not a number. They make you fill like family and the dental work they prove is outstanding. They really work with you when scheduling appointments. It’s a good feeling to know that you are not at their mercy with appointments. They are also very good concerning reminders of upcoming appointments (text, email, and or phone calls). If you are looking for a family dentist I would highly suggest this one.
